1. Introduction & Platform Role
Payloxa operates as a workflow, delivery, invoicing, and client collaboration infrastructure platform designed for creative freelancers and professional client workflows.
Payloxa does not operate as an agency, marketplace, escrow service, financial institution, employer, or payment processor.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Payloxa platform, infrastructure, workflows, and related operational services.
2. Eligibility
By using Payloxa, users confirm that they meet the applicable legal working age or digital consent requirements within their jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to use the platform and related services.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining account credential confidentiality
- managing workspace access
- controlling shared delivery links
- protecting authentication access
- all activity occurring within their account or workspace
Users are responsible for ensuring that account information remains accurate and up to date.
4. Platform Usage
Payloxa may only be used for lawful, professional, and authorized workflow purposes.
Users may not use the platform for:
- fraudulent activity
- malware distribution
- phishing
- spam operations
- unauthorized system access
- illegal file distribution
- copyright infringement
- abusive or deceptive activity
- infrastructure exploitation
- payment abuse or chargeback fraud
5. Payments & Billing
Payments on the platform may be processed through supported third-party payment providers.
Payloxa does not directly process banking operations or function as a payment processor or financial institution.
Transaction timing, payment processing, currency conversion, banking operations, disputes, and financial processing depend on the respective third-party payment providers and banking systems.
Subscription plans may include usage limits, storage restrictions, upload limitations, delivery caps, revision limits, expiry rules, or feature restrictions depending on the active plan.
6. Freelancer & Client Responsibility
Payloxa provides workflow and delivery infrastructure only.
Freelancers and clients remain independently responsible for:
- project agreements
- deliverables
- revisions
- timelines
- invoices
- taxes
- payments
- service quality
- client communications
- legal compliance
Payloxa is not a contractual party to agreements or disputes between freelancers and clients.
7. Uploads, Content & Permissions
Users remain fully responsible for uploaded content, files, materials, external links, and shared assets.
Users confirm that they possess the necessary ownership rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization for uploaded or distributed content.
Illegal, harmful, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content is prohibited.
8. Delivery Expiry & Platform Limitations
Payloxa utilizes expiry-based workflow systems and operational storage limitations.
Certain deliveries, files, invoices, workflow assets, or related records may expire, become inaccessible, or be automatically removed based on:
- subscription plan rules
- delivery settings
- operational limitations
- storage policies
- platform retention systems
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups and copies of important files or records.
9. Suspension & Termination
Payloxa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate platform access, deliveries, files, accounts, or workflows in situations involving:
- policy violations
- fraudulent activity
- illegal conduct
- payment abuse
- infrastructure misuse
- harmful operational behavior
- security threats
- platform exploitation
10. Platform Availability
Platform availability may be affected by:
- maintenance
- infrastructure upgrades
- third-party service interruptions
- cloud provider outages
- internet disruptions
- technical failures
- operational limitations
Payloxa does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or error-free operation.
11. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
Payloxa may rely on third-party providers for:
- authentication systems
- infrastructure hosting
- cloud storage
- payment processing
- analytics
- notifications
- operational monitoring
- security infrastructure
Depending on operational requirements, certain services or data may involve infrastructure providers operating across multiple jurisdictions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Payloxa shall not be responsible for:
- freelancer-client disputes
- service quality disagreements
- delayed deliverables
- payment disputes
- indirect business losses
- lost revenue
- lost data
- third-party infrastructure failures
- banking interruptions
- unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
Payloxa provides workflow infrastructure on an “as available” and “as operated” basis.

Payloxa may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational, legal, infrastructure, security, or platform changes.
