This Refund Policy explains how subscription billing, payment-related situations, and refund handling operate across the Payloxa platform.
2. Subscription Billing
Certain Payloxa features, storage limits, workflow capabilities, or platform services may require an active paid subscription plan.
Subscription pricing, usage limits, feature access, delivery limits, storage capacity, revision limits, expiry settings, and related operational restrictions may vary depending on the active subscription plan.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, workflow systems, storage allocation, platform access, and immediately accessible premium functionality, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to paid features or platform resources has been provided.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- activated subscription periods
- allocated storage resources
- used workflow infrastructure
- accessed premium features
- consumed delivery or revision limits
- operational platform usage
4. Freelancer & Client Payments
Payloxa provides workflow and delivery infrastructure only.
Freelancers and clients remain independently responsible for:
- project agreements
- service quality
- revisions
- deliverables
- timelines
- invoices
- taxes
- payment disputes
- client communication
- legal obligations
Payloxa is not a contractual party between freelancers and clients and does not guarantee project outcomes, deliverables, or payment results.
5. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through supported third-party payment providers.
Payloxa does not directly operate as a payment processor, banking institution, or financial intermediary.
Payment authorization, transaction timing, banking operations, currency conversion, processing delays, refunds, reversals, and related financial operations may depend on the respective payment providers and external banking systems.
6. Exceptional Billing Situations
In limited situations involving verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical payment issues directly related to Payloxa platform billing operations, Payloxa may review refund or account credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee refund approval.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Chargeback Misuse
Refund requests, payment disputes, or chargebacks associated with:
- fraudulent activity
- intentional abuse
- platform exploitation
- policy violations
- unauthorized usage
- deceptive conduct
- payment manipulation
may result in account restrictions, suspension, service limitations, or permanent termination of platform access.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel active subscriptions to prevent future recurring billing cycles where supported.
Subscription cancellation does not automatically create eligibility for refunds related to previously billed or already-accessed subscription periods.
9. Platform Availability & Operational Interruptions
Platform availability may occasionally be affected by:
- maintenance
- infrastructure upgrades
- third-party provider outages
- cloud infrastructure interruptions
- payment provider interruptions
- internet connectivity failures
- technical limitations
Temporary interruptions, degraded performance, or third-party operational disruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
